  1. What is the typical Italian pizza Melt the salt, the sugar and the yeast in the warm water and milk. Pour the oil in the centre of the flour and knead with the liquid to obtain a soft and smooth dough. Put the ball of dough in a container, making a cross with a knife on the surface to facilitate the rising; then put the container in a nailon bag and leave it aside to rise for at least 2/3 hours.
  2. B. After the rising, divide the dough in 6/8 equal parts that you will put back in the nailon bag at a certain distance one from the other.
  3. Take now a ball of dough and on a surface covered with flour, roll it out as thin as you can with a rolling-pin.Ingredients for the pizza
  4. Put the circle of dough on the two close slices and dress with tomato, mozzarella, etc, as you like it.
  5. When the oven is warm, lift the lid, put your pizza in the oven, opening the two slices and making slide the circle of dough on the baking surface.
  6. Lower the lid and wait 2/3 minutes.
