Piadina Romagnola
It is one of the most famous products of Romagna, very good and easy to be prepared with your PizzaItaly:
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 350 gr of flour
- max 100 gr of lard
- salt
- a pinch of bicarbonate
- tepid water
Directions:
knead the flour with the lard and a little salt, adding the warm water needed to obtain a dough similar to that for pizza.
Knead for about ten minutes and, when it is of the right consistency, divide it and make some balls like eggs.
Roll them out to form about 3 mm high circle of dough. Dust with flour to don’t make them attach to your PizzaItaly
Baking:
Warm up your PizzaItaly and put the circles of dough once at the time in it.
You can serve the piadine baked with your PizzaItaly warm with cold cuts and cheeses or with cheese cream or other creams and jams.
