The greatest flexibility and the co-ordination among our sections, allows us to realize every detail, component or complex mechanism. In fact, we have the following controls:
- N° 1 multi-task lathe MX2500 with high technology. It, in fact, integrates in its internal parts a milling head, a turret with motorized tools and two mandrels. Supported by a push bar LNS, it has a bar passage up to 75mm and it can be turned at the mandrel of 500mm
- N° 2 NC lathers with a Miyano NC with a double mandrel/motorized tools turret for the manufacturing of shafts and spindles of extreme precision and complexity
- N° 4 sliding headstock lathes with a bar passage from 4 up to 32 mm for the realization of very precise details
- N° 3 NC lathes with two axis with different configurations of push bar, tailstock for the making of spindles, shafts, flanges distance with a maximum 300mm diameter of turning
- N° 2 two axis NC lathes with motorized tools for the making of spindles, shafts and flanges with a max 450 mm diameter of turning. They have more complicated manufacturing of holes and millings
- N° 1 two axis NC lathe with sub spindle and a configuration with portal for the not guarded and continuous machining of big lots with a max 150mm diameter of turning
