Bruschetta

The bruschetta with oil and garlic is the base for any other kind of bruschetta. You can dress your bruschette to your taste as they were pizzas.

Ingredients:

Directions to prepare classic bruschette:

Prendete del pane per bruschette (solitamente di tipo ovale o comunque a fette va benissimo tipo pane toscano, altamura o pugliese)
take some bread for bruschette (usually oval bread or in any case, sliced; it is very good Tuscan bread, Altamura or Apulian bread) warm up the slices of bread with your PizzaItaly, until both the sides are toasted. After the cooking put some oil on the side more toasted.

Take a clove of garlic without the skin and rub it on the oiled bread. In the end add salt and pepper to your tast

To dress the bruschette:

If you want to make bruschette different from the classic one, take them away from PizzaItaly some minutes before they are completely cooked.

Put the oil on the side of the bread slice more toasted, rub the garlic on it and then dress as you want ( foe example with mozzarella, tomatoes passata, mushrooms, ham steak) and put them in PizzaItaly until the end of the cooking
